Custom Pin Process & Timeline

How do I place a custom pin order?
Start by selecting your pin options:

• Plating type: Royal Gold or Black Metal
• Quantity
• Backing options
• Packaging

Once all selections are made, proceed to checkout.

What happens after I place my order?
After your purchase is confirmed, you’ll receive a link via email to upload your pin design.

How long does it take to receive a pin proof?
Please allow 48–72 hours for our team to create your digital pin proof.
This proof shows the layout, colors, plating, and overall design of your pin.

Can I make changes to the pin proof?
Yes! You may request up to two (2) revisions to your pin proof.
Once you approve the final proof, your design will move into production.

What happens during production?
After approval, your pins are produced and then manually inspected for quality.
Once approved, they are packaged according to your selected packaging option.

When will my order ship?
After quality checks and packaging are complete, your order will be shipped.

How long does the entire process take?
From order confirmation to shipment, the full custom pin process typically takes 5–7 weeks.

 

Digital Pin Proof vs. Final Manufactured Pin

Minor variations in color, texture, and metal finish may occur during production.

 

Refunds and Returns

Because all pins are custom made, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns once payment is received.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
