How does the custom pin design process work?
We're excited to help bring your custom enamel pin designs to life!
To get started, follow these steps:
- Choose quantities between 50 and 500, and size options of 1 inch or 1.25 inches.
- After your order, you’ll receive an email to provide your custom artwork.
- Remember, the minimum order is 50 pins.
- Submit your own custom artwork or work with our talented artists to create a design.
- Review proof and approve.
- Once you approve the design, we start production.
- The whole process, from consultation to delivery, takes about 5-7 weeks.
Can you start on my project right away?
We take on a limited number of customers each month to ensure every project receives the attention and quality it deserves. If you're interested in placing an order, please contact me as soon as possible to secure your spot. Spaces are limited!
How much are your custom pins?
Customer pin pricing is contingent upon the size and quantity of pins requested. Our minimum order quantity is 50 pins.
What types of custom pins do you offer?
We offer soft enamel pins that range from 1” to 1.25” inches. Finishes available are royal gold, black metal and silver.
What file formats do you accept for custom pin designs?
If you have your own artwork, preferred file formats for submitting artwork or design ideas, such as vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) or high-resolution images (JPG, PNG).
What is the minimum order quantity for custom pins?
The minimum order quantity is 50.
What is the turnaround time for custom pin orders?
From consultation to the design approval to the delivery of the finished custom pins is around 5-7 weeks.
Do you offer rush orders or expedited shipping?
Rush orders and expedited shipping is not available at this time.
Can I see a sample of my custom pin before placing a full order?
We offer the option to receive a photo sample of the custom pin proof for approval before proceeding with the full order.
What customization options are available for pin backing?
We offer butterfly clutch and rubber clutch.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, absolutely! We offer tiered pricing, meaning the cost of each pin decreases as the quantity of your order increases.
What is your return or refund policy for custom pins?
At LOOK YAY!, we want to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. Due to the limited time and exclusive nature of our sales, all purchases are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. Once an order is successfully processed, we are unable to accept cancellations or modifications.
What if I'm not satisfied with the artwork provided? Can I receive a refund on my deposit?
We understand the importance of being satisfied with your custom pin design. While we strive to ensure you're happy with the artwork, we have a non-refundable artist fee $75, which goes towards compensating our talented artists for their time and effort in producing the design. If you're not completely satisfied with the initial design, we offer up to two revisions to make adjustments according to your feedback. However, please note that deposits are non-refundable as they contribute to covering the artist fee.

Can you create custom pins for special events or occasions?
Yes, we offer custom pin designs for celebrations of life, weddings, birthdays and special occasions. To inquire about these services, please reach out to us through our contact page.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
